Eating better and reducing alcohol is known to help sleep
Generally a better and more healthy lifestyle has great effects. Eating more healthy and reducing the quantity of an evening meal will not only help you reduce weight and exercise better, but it can help you sleep better too. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t treat yourself, just try to balance good food intake with the more fun food experiences.
Similarly with alcohol and particularly as it’s a stimulant. Drinking too much alcohol, is generally bad for the body and will reduce your sleep quality. Even if you fall asleep due to alcohol the sleep that you have is known to be poor quality and not ideal for body recovery.
